This forum existed LONG before JP was even on the internet. But certainly the majority of POSTING members are castoffs, exiles and 'those that have seen the light' from The Blow. Robert, You can only talk about health and fitness just so much. Is it really that complicated? Do you need to really visit a fitness forum everyday? I'm willing to bet your routine shares very little in common with what Ross' forum is discussing. I'm not slamming what you do for a workout, for your age and your stage of life it is the perfect workout.
