The answer is very simple and it's this, it was impossible to follow Charles Atlas's methods without achieving spectacular results. If someone, anyone, didn't achieve fantastic results it was not because Mr. Atlas didn't deliver the world's best method of health and physique development, it was because they were too stupid to understand the instructions or too lazy to perform the exercises, or as in the case of those poor out of shape Gutter snipes that 'Never were" they were both too stupid and too lazy. That wasn't Charles Atlas's fault. It was theirs. Even today, those poor adolescents never get anywhere because all they do is go from one thing to the next and the next and never do anything with enough intensity to actually achieve great results. That's some seriously disturbed stuff. |

The truly sad part is many of those guys, like Joey, are in the PRIME of their lives, they should be making the greatest gains of their life! And they aren't!!! They are spinning their wheels and being convinced by JP and other Blowtards that they are getting somewhere. I'm not claiming to be the best, but I wish they had P90X out when I was 30! I think I've done okay for a 50 year old guy, but my results are nothing compared to what someone who's 30 would be capable of getting. Joey needs to have a long look in the mirror and have a serious talk with himself. |
