This is all very rich, isn't it? Little Joey came here and posted this thread for the express purpose of stirring up some shit. Further, he's been "disrespectful" to members of this forum. Now, if someone had posted such a thread on the Blow, the thread would have been immediately deleted, and the poster banned with some sort of smart-ass reason for banning. Joe u repeat the same few lines in every thing u post, u never ever actually have a coherent argument against anything. But in "Joe world" u probably think that u come off as intelligent and wittty. Nothing could be farther from the truth. The difference from this site and the blow is that people dont just make shit up like Jp does on a daily basis. For example Jp's hero Kirk Douglas, who Jp and Greg Newtard swear only used there style of training was just speculation, no fact just that he looked like he used Dt ect.

A couple of us spent a few minutes to check out to see if that was true and low and behold, it was not. Kirk belonged to Golds Gym, he also said in a book he wrote that he lifted weights for 30 years. Now u see that is what u call facts, not speculation like u guys are so famous for. So u should go back to BB and break the news to little johny boy that his hero spartacus was a weight lifter.

All the time he is laughing to himself and jerking off at all of the attention he gets here. His posts do him no favours and every thread that he posts to will post facts such as the Kirk Douglas info in this thread that will make some of those Twatformetrics members wonder just what the fuck are JP, Joe, Greg and Andy62 all about?

Hey, Osiris, what do you weigh, 140lbs? Strap a 50lbs weight plate to your back and crank out 15 chin-ups, then talk to me about being out of shape. Or hell, how about a 50lbs weight vest and do 13 Super Burpees, I've currently got that up on YouTube, did it, like, 6 months ago... probably weighed more like 200lbs then. So do a 60lbs vest for that one.
